Brian is an AV-rated lawyer who practices exclusively in the area of family law. He is a graduate of UNLV and the William S. Boyd School of Law. Brian is a Nevada Certified Family Law Specialist with a broad range of experience in family law litigation, including contested divorce and custody matters, relocations of minor children, temporary protective orders, child support, alimony, and the division of marital assets and debts, and has achieved exemplary results for his clients in all of these areas.

Brian’s passion for family law can be seen in every aspect of your case, from the initial client contact, to the preparation of written briefs, and if needed, to your day in court. Brian recognizes that your family law case is much more than a collection of issues in dispute, but encompasses some of the most important parts of your life.   Brian strives to understand your family, your needs, and your challenges so that you can devise the best possible solution together. While Brian believes that litigants—and especially the children of litigants—most often benefit from an amicable resolution to their family law matter, he also recognizes that this cannot not happen in every case and will zealously advocate for your interests in court.

Brian has also demonstrated his commitment to access to justice through years of providing pro bono representation to those in need through the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada.

Brian is a graduate of the Family Law Trial Advocacy program has been named as a Mountain States Rising Star (2011-2014) and Super Lawyer (2015-2016).
